Business Continuity Plans need to be live processes that are frequently checked for relevance and accuracy. Business Continuity Plans need to be exercised at random times to ensure they are adequate, responsive and robust.

It is not a good idea to wait until there is a problem to find out if your Business Continuity Plans will help your business to continue.

It is probably a good idea to get your plan checked by an outside expert who will not make the assumptions you have made and may ask some very penetrating questions.
