The Penman Strategic Advisor will meet with the Managing Director / Chief Executive of an organisation and share with them the contents of a report about their organisation. During the initial, one hour, meeting the Penman Strategic Advisor will also seek to understand the challenges and opportunities faced by the organisation. All of this information will be collated and analysed and then presented to the Managing Director / Chief Executive at a second meeting.

After that the Penman Strategic Advisor will agree with you any additional tasks or projects you would like to be implemented and will specify how much that would cost.
